This is a simple process, but there are a few things to note when requesting a transfer.
First, your domain name must have been
registered with your current registrar at least 60 days prior to your order with us. Second, the
domain name must be "active" with your current registrar. This means that your domain name is not
locked for non-payment or any other reason. Third, you must be the administrative contact on the
domain. This means that when we do a "whois" on the domain, your name must appear, with a
valid email address. Do not attempt to have a domain name transfered if the administrative
contact email is not correct or the transfer will be denied.
